Who are you and what do you do?
I'm Sam. I'm the Founder of Kombucha Kat. I make organic kombucha and sell it.
Why do you do what you do?
Six years ago I was living a very different and unfulfilling life in London. When it self-imploded, I knew I had to do two things - return home to the Cotswolds, and try to make something Good. Kombucha was all I knew how to make, and so began Kombucha Kat.
How does music influence or affect your work?
Kombucha Kat is a living product. Like all living things, it responds too vibration. We play music to our brew constantly to help it ferment and imbue it with Good energy.
What does this playlist mean to you?
My taste in music has changed so much over my life that compiling my favourite tracks is like writing an autobiography. It's a good way to reflect on who I am, and where I've been.
Where can you be found?
Somewhere in the English countryside.
